🚗 Getting Here: How to Reach Your Holiday Home in Wietzendorf

From both cities, the route runs along the A7 to exit 45, "Soltau-Süd" – a handy landmark for the final stretch, whichever direction you're coming from. And if you'd rather travel without a car altogether, that works too: train to Soltau, then a bus almost to the door. 🚘 By Car from Hamburg

From Hamburg, take the A7 south towards Hannover until exit 45, "Soltau-Süd". That's roughly 80 kilometres in total, and you should expect around an hour of driving time – depending on traffic on the A7, this can of course vary a little. Right at the exit is the Autohof "Soltau Süd" service station, handy if you fancy a short break along the way. There are no tolls on the entire route.

🚘 By Car from Hannover

Coming from Hannover, you take the same A7, just in the opposite direction – north towards Hamburg, also to exit 45, "Soltau-Süd". From Hannover too, it's roughly 80 kilometres and about an hour's drive. Whichever direction you're coming from, once you leave the motorway at the Soltau-Süd exit, you're practically there.

🚆 Without a Car: By Train

You don't need your own car for your holiday with us. The nearest station is Soltau, well connected from Buchholz i.d.Nordheide, Hannover, Bremen and Uelzen, among others. From Soltau station, a bus runs directly to the Rathausplatz stop right in the centre of Wietzendorf – and from there, it's only about a 5-minute walk to your holiday home. A relaxed, car-free alternative, especially if you prefer travelling by train anyway or simply fancy leaving the car at home for once.

🏡 Arriving in Wietzendorf

At the house itself, you'll find two free parking spaces right outside the door – no hunting for public parking, no walk with your luggage.
